Gabino Leeson is an accomplished HSE Specialist with a robust international background in safety leadership across Latin America, North Africa, and Canada. Over the past decade, he has overseen health, safety, and environmental operations in high-risk environments—from lithium drilling in the Argentine Puna with Lilac Solutions, to shale gas exploration in Colombia, to advisory roles with PDVSA in Venezuela and Cuba. He has served as an HSE Supervisor for Tecpetrol, lectured at the Universidad Nacional de Salta, and contributed significantly to process safety management and behavioral-based safety systems. His field experience is complemented by his work as an HSE Advisor in Libya and as a senior consultant with United Safety. He is a strong communicator, fully fluent in both English and Spanish with an ability to lead safety performance in diverse teams.
