Mr. Klimchuk has also gained experience in safety codes and standards development in Alberta with over 8 years as a member of the SCC. Working alongside diverse groups of professionals including government representatives, Mr. Klimchuk is familiar with government regulatory
processes and complexities. He also has experience administering numerous tribunals under the Safety Codes Act as a member of the SCC. Mr. Klimchuk brings executive leadership, governance, safety codes & standards development, and environmental compliance & risk reduction experience to the organization.
Mr. Klimchuk has over 13 years of experience consulting in the environmental industry with a primary focus on commercial and industrial site assessments and remediation projects. During his experience, he has gained valuable expertise in projects with multiple stakeholders (including
regulators, municipalities, and private landowners). Mr. Klimchuk has extensive experience as a site supervisor, project manager, and client manager for a variety of projects with over 10,000 fieldhours logged while completing projects related to environmental site assessment, water quality assessment, and remediation programs. During his 13 years of environmental work, Mr. Klimchuk has gained extensive experience in advising clients on environmental liability and risk management for their commercial properties and industrial facilities including the oil & gas and mining sectors.
